Certex Countdown: Looking Back on 2022
What a year!
Settling into a post-pandemic world and a ‘new normal’ has certainly been challenging, but being able to come back into the office and see friends, family, and colleagues in person has also brought much joy.
Here at Certex, we are proud to look back on this year, reflecting upon and celebrating growth and new opportunities.
After each audit, we request feedback from our clients on three key areas: the auditor, audit process, and admin interactions. We also ask them to rate the overall process out of five.
This year, we averaged
4.75 client satisfaction score out of 5
We are incredibly proud of our auditors and admin team for their continued passion for business integrity and excellence.
Our Managing Director, Dianne Gibert, presented workshops in the Defence Ready Seminar Series – a joint initiative between Hunter Defence, Office of Defence Industry Support (ODIS), Goal Group, and Australian industry and Defence Network (AIDN).
Dianne ran the course, ‘Defence Industry Collaboration: Power of Many’. The virtual workshop explored collaboration as a business strategy for increasing exposure for products and services in the defence sector. Dianne examined how key relationships and networks can benefit all parties involved. She navigated the complex landscape of negotiations, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other important legal considerations.
Early in the year, HealthShare Victoria released their Invitation to Supply (ITS), an opportunity to provide Medical Locum Agency Services in Victoria. The ITS requirements include being certified in HSV & ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Being highly experienced in recruitment and medical placements, Certex was proud to support many of our clients to respond to this tender and achieve certification in ISO 9001 and HSV. Congratulations to our clients for the achievement.
