A year in review with Certex International
2019 has been an unforgettable year and as we farewell the decade in style (and usher in 2020!) we want to take the moment to celebrate some of our highlights from the year!
5. iSuite Services Expanded to include iTalent and iRecruit
Exciting news was announced in 2019 as the iSuite Services expanded, welcoming iTalent and iRecruit into the ranks (joining iSafe, iPrivacy, iEngage, and iWork).
The suite of assessments has been taken up by many businesses since its launch in 2018 with some having already proceeded through all seven assessment areas! We've been hearing great feedback from those clients and are thrilled to be providing such a beneficial service.
iSuite is designed to tackle the main areas of risk and compliance facing businesses in today’s marketplace. Businesses can now ensure they have thorough, credible and non-discriminatory hiring practices through completing iRecruit as well effective workforce management and retention through iTalent!
4. APSCo Gala 2019
Certex was delighted to once again be a major sponsor of APSCo Australia’s 2019 Gala Dinner. It was a fantastic night and chance to celebrate the talent in the recruitment industry against the beautiful backdrop of Sydney Harbour.
Not only did members of the Certex team dance the night away in true Gatsby style (as per the theme!) but we were thrilled to see so many of our clients being nominated for and winning awards on the night!
3. Labour Hire License Applications
2019 saw some major shakeups to the recruitment industry, namely the Labour Hire License Schemes being rolled out state by state.
Certex has been proud to assist 14 companies to properly prepare their Labour Hire License applications and demonstrate their compliance with the new requirements. Congratulations to those who completed their applications!
2. Certex Presenting at a number of key industry events
Our MD, Dianne Gibert, has had a busy year with appearances across Australia, and even internationally, to share her expertise.
Dianne has presented and participated in key industry events including the Hunter Defence Conference, NZBEF Conference in Auckland, and the APOQ International Conference in Bali. Here’s to more in 2020!
1. Certex Networking Series Success!
A list of our 2019 highlights wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the overwhelming success of our inaugural Networking Series! Taking us all over Australia, the events gave clients, partners, and new faces the opportunity to network over some nibbles and drinks and to hear from Dianne about some hot topics in compliance and recruitment.
