Gorilla Jobs is a specialist Australian recruitment agency that focuses on the healthcare and legal sectors. Operating since 2017, they support both public and private sector organisations with permanent and locum recruitment needs. Since obtaining ISO 9001 certification, the Gorilla Jobs team has strengthened the consistency and reliability of its operations by undergoing external audits against the ISO 9001 quality management standard. Through this process, their approach to pre-placement checks, credentialling, documentation, and client communications are now standardised. Their improved practical service commitments now include; compliance check records for 100% of candidates, incident acknowledgement within 1 business day and a consistent documentation trail for every placement.
They believe that this transparency and rigour will set them apart in the recruitment industry.
In terms of improvement to their day-to-day delivery of their operations, Gorilla Jobs says changes were seen across their teams. Procurement and compliance teams gained more visibility of auditable documentation along with clear ownership of risks and non-conformances.
