Certex: Advocating business improvment in process, compliance and social welfare.

Since 2004, Certex has been helping makes businesses better. And now were advocating for the market louder than ever. With a host of forums and conferences, Certex is striving to get the message out there to improvment market social welfare and compliance.

Dianne Gibert, founder and managing director or Certex, saw key issues in the market that weren’t being addressed. The solution? We wrote the Talent Engagement Standard. A industry standard geared towards meeting your legisative obligations and increasing business integrity.

Over the past few years we’ve seen a stronger focus from regulatory bodies on ensuring the social wellfare of workers and business - Industrial Manslaughter, Modern Slavery and Labour Hire Licensing laws just to name a few. This trend is making business stand up and take notice and we’re here to help them understand the new laws, the severe penalities and what this means for them.

With all this new interest, Dianne has been speaking at a number of industry and sector events to share the knowledge and awareness.
