Certex International Pty Ltd (Certex) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fathom Business Architects, which has been providing certification services to the recruitment industry since 2004.
Fathom has been appointed manager of the certification program for the RCSA Service Delivery Standard (RCSA SDS:2010) on behalf of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA). The RCSA is the peak industry association for recruitment agencies in Australia and New Zealand.
SERVICESCertex offers certification services to recruitment and construction industries in AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, AS/NZS ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems. Through our parent company, Fathom, we can also offer certification in the RCSA SDS standard, and we certify medical recruitment agencies against state health requirements including the NSW Health standard for managing locums.
ACCREDITATION WITH JAS-ANZ
Certex has been established as a separate legal entity to provide certification services to the recruitment industry. Certex is a JAS-ANZ Accredited Conformity Assessment Body.
Certex and the Fathom group are Australian owned and operated. Certex's head office is in Melbourne, but we have auditors based around Australia.

Many businesses require support to help them understand the requirements of standards and o implement the necessary changes in their business. Certex provides materials and support which will help you. Once you sign up with us we send you a "Welcome Pack", which explains the standard and the requirements for meeting certification, and we spend some time discussing these requirements with you in the "Welcome Meeting". This meeting is usually conducted as an online interactive webinar. You can then work through the Self-Assessment Checklist to assess your level of readiness and identify the areas in your business which need attention.
Insurance Premium Savings - Guaranteed
We have partnered with Ardrossan Insurance Brokers who understand the improved risk profile of a certified business compared with their non certified competitors. Ardrossan have negotiated guaranteed premium savings of between 10-15% for construction businesses who obtain certification in quality management and occupational health and safety. As the auditor, Certex cannot provide any advise or consulting support as this would be a conflict of interest with our auditing obligations. We recognise, however, that many businesses need further support in preparing for certification. So we have established a network of independent consultants who can provide this support. These consultants have been selected by Certex as experienced, qualified, and using the process approach.

Research and Articles
We conduct our own research into news and events that relate to recruitment and employment in Australia and New Zealand, and make pertinent information available to our clients. Topics of interest include talent management, privacy, safety, immigration, and quality.
Webinars and Podcasts
We have developed a bank of webinars which are available to our clients for free. These provide an introduction into important areas such as internal audits and management meetings. A number of webinars are held on relevant business requirements such as privacy management, immigration, and recruitment best practice. We are currently developing our podcasts, which should become available to our clients later this year.

ABOUT CERTEX - WHO WE ARE
Dianne Gibert, Managing Director
Dianne is the founder of the business. She has over 2 decades of experience as a management consultant specialising in change management, performance improvement and project management. Dianne has worked in leading businesses across recruitment, banking, communications and retail industries.
Dianne has a BCommerce, MBA, and is an Assoc Fellow of AIM. Dianne is also a qualified lead auditor in the RCSA Service Delivery Standard and in the three most prominent ISO business standards, 9001 Quality Management, 4801 Occupational Health and Safety, and 14001 Environmental Management.
Dianne is based in Melbourne
Valentina Taparcevski, Lead Auditor
Valentina is an experienced recruiter and auditor. She has worked both with medical and nursing agencies placing staff, and built quality management systems for agencies and conducted audits across health facilities in Queensland.
Valentina audits against ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 4801 OHS, RCSA SDS, Talent Engagement Standard and Department of NSW Health Services. Valentina has a diploma in quality auditing. She is based in Brisbane.
Kathryn Parfett, Administration Manager
Kathryn has over 20 years experience in the corporate legal sector. She worked in the property conveyancing and mortgage industry for many years as a law clerk, both in Melbourne and Cairns. Kathryn has an eye for detail which keeps the business running smoothly.
Kathryn manages the office and keeps consultants, clients and systems working together.
She is based in Melbourne.
Ross Macfarlane, Lead Auditor
Ross has over 25 years experience as a safety and risk management consultant, and a passion for achieving workplace safety and business improvement. He has extensive experience with OHS, environmental and quality management systems, and diverse work experience across a range of industries from chemical and petrochemical, mining, steel and aluminium, to automotive and general manufacturing, timber, pulp and paper, construction, aviation, transportation and health.
Ross has a number of qualifications including B Applied Science, Grad Cert Applied Science, Dip OHS. He is a lead auditor in the three main ISO standards - 9001, 4801 and 14001, and is registered as an OHS Lead Auditor, number 110265, by Exemplar Global.
Ross is based in Melbourne.
