Fixing the gremlins
30th May 2016
Does your business have a process for recording issues and/or problems? Do you have a complaints process for external and internal stakeholders? Do you have an action and resolution procedure to ensure these are addressed and reported on? And does this process, if it is in place, drive change or improvement? That’s the catch – we ask for feedback regularly, we have a complaints or issues register but then a vacuum appears. When issues and complaints management is established as part of a quality management process then it is no longer a burden but an opportunity for review and change. This webinar will look at a “gremlin” case study from the files of Certex International and profile how a company with a strong issues correction process ensured that a potential damaging issue for the business became a direction changing outcome as a result of having a strong issues correction process and an improvement process to ensure actions to improve the overall business strategy.
