NSW Health Standard

for Locums

In 2009 the NSW Government introduced standards for medical locum recruitment, NSW Health Standards and Condition for the provision of locum medical officers to the NSW Health Services.

Certex (previously Fathom Business Architects) has certified more than half of the recruitment agencies placing locums to NSW Health under this standard.

Many of our clients have achieved a double standard certification, combining this with the RCSA SDS and/or with AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Management.

The standard is detailed and demanding, and can be daunting for those who are setting out to meet requirements.
