Certex International Pty Ltd (Certex) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fathom Business Architects, which has been providing certification services to the recruitment industry since 2004.
Fathom has been appointed manager of the certification program for the RCSA Service Delivery Standard (RCSA SDS:2010) on behalf of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA). The RCSA is the peak industry association for recruitment agencies in Australia and New Zealand.
Certex and the Fathom group are Australian owned and operated. Certex's head office is in Melbourne, but we have auditors based around Australia.
Accreditation with JAS-ANZ
Certex has been established as a separate legal entity to provide certification services to the recruitment industry. Certex is a JAS-ANZ Accredited Conformity Assessment Body.
Certex offers certification services to recruitment and related industries in AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, AS/NZS ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
Through our parent company, Fathom, we can also offer certification in the RCSA SDS standard, and we certify medical recruitment agencies against state health requirements including the NSW Health standard for managing locums.
Certex is a proud Supporter of the RCSA and ITCRA , the major industry associations. We work with both the AMRANZ (medical) and ANRA (nursing) specialist recruitment groups in the RCSA.
